We use Royal Mail standard delivery for our packages, so please allow 3-5 days for your items. All products ordered before 2pm on Monday-Friday will be shipped out on the same day.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and the items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition or a refund won't be given.
Refunded packages must be accompanied with the printed order receipt; sent with your items and in your email inbox.
The products must be received before we issue the refund and shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customers expense. We recommend that you purchase insurance and signature upon delivery to make sure we receive the items.

All body piercing jewellery and eyelashes are unavailable for refunds due to health and hygiene reasons and swimwear won't be refunded if the hygiene seal has been tampered with.
